The spawn-monsters setting controls whether hostile mobs like zombies, creepers, and skeletons appear naturally in your world. Set to false for a peaceful building experience without combat.
This is what you do if you want to enable or disable monster spawning on your Minecraft server.
Enabling or Disabling Monsters

Save & Restartto apply your changes.
Note
Setting Spawn Monsters to Disabled will only prevent hostile mobs from spawning naturally, making the game more peaceful while still allowing friendly animals to spawn.
