How to Reset Your Minecraft World

This guide will show you how to reset your Minecraft server world, giving you a fresh start.

Resetting Your Minecraft World

  1. 1
Log in to the Game Host Bros panel and Stop your Minecraft server.
  2. 2
    Go to File Manager.
  3. 3
    Delete the world folder.
  4. 4
    Start your server.
Note

Certain Minecraft editions may separate world data into multiple folders:

  • world - The main overworld
  • world_nether - The Nether dimension
  • world_the_end - The End dimension

If you see these folders, delete all of them to completely reset your world.

Your server will automatically generate a new world with a random seed when it starts.
