How To Update Your Project Zomboid Server

By default, Game Host Bros Project Zomboid servers will have updates enabled and all you'll need to do is restart your server to apply an update. Here are the steps to update your Project Zomboid server.

Updating from B41 to B42 may require a Server Reset due to incompatible world and/or mod files between versions.

    Log in to Bropanel and select your server.

    In the sidebar, go to Settings.
  3. 3
    Find the Automatic Updates toggle and make sure it's enabled.
  4. 4
    Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

Whenever a new update is detected your server will now automatically restart to perform the update.
