EXILED is a plugin framework for SCP: Secret Laboratory. On a server running the EXILED version of the game, your server installs EXILED the first time it starts. EXILED Version decides which release it uses:
latest(the default) installs the newest release. While Auto Update is on, every restart checks for a newer one and installs it, so EXILED keeps up with game updates.- A version number such as
9.14.2installs exactly that release and stays on it, for example when a plugin needs an older EXILED.
With a version number, or with Auto Update off, your server also turns off EXILED's own updater (enable_auto_updates in the EXILED loader config), so EXILED can't update itself past your setting.
Changing The EXILED Version

Modding, editEXILED Versionand enterlatestor a version number. - 4Click
Save & Restartto apply your changes.
The version numbers are on the EXILED releases page. Changing the version keeps your plugins and their configs. If the version you enter doesn't exist, the console says so and your server starts with the EXILED it already has.
Note
A game update can need a newer EXILED. If EXILED stops loading after an update, set EXILED Version back to latest and restart once EXILED has released an update for it.
