The Caves are a second world under the surface of your Don't Starve Together server, with their own resources, creatures and the Ruins. Players reach them through sinkholes: mine a plugged sinkhole with a pickaxe to open it, then enter it. The Caves are on by default.
Turning The Caves On Or Off
- 1Log in to Bropanel and select your server.
- 2In the sidebar, go to
Settings. - 3Under
Gameplay, enable or disableCaves. - 4Click
Save & Restartto apply your changes.
Turning the Caves off keeps the Caves world, so turning them back on later picks up where you left it. Ask everyone to come back up to the surface before you turn the Caves off.
Max Players counts the players on the surface and in the Caves together.
Note
The Caves need a port of their own. If the Console says your server has no caves port, contact us on Discord and we'll add one.
