How To Edit Your Empires Mod Server Config

Gameplay settings that aren't in Bropanel's Settings page go in empires/cfg/server.cfg, for example time limits, all talk or Empires' own emp_sv_ settings.

Editing server.cfg

    Log in to Bropanel and Stop your server.

    In the sidebar, go to Files.
  3. 3
    Open empires/cfg/server.cfg, add or change one setting per line (for example sv_alltalk 1), and save the file.

    Start your server.

Note

The server name, server password and RCON password come from Bropanel's Settings page and replace the same settings in server.cfg. Don't edit ghb_panel.cfg: the server rewrites it on every start.
