How To Change The Save Interval On Your Longvinter Server

Your Longvinter server saves the island on a timer, every 300 seconds (5 minutes) by default. It does not save when Bropanel stops or restarts the server, so anything built or looted since the last save is lost on a stop or restart. A shorter interval means less to lose.

Changing The Save Interval

    Log in to Bropanel and select your server.

    In the sidebar, go to Settings.

    Under Advanced, edit Save Interval and enter the number of seconds between saves, for example 120 for every 2 minutes. Leave it empty to use the default of 300 seconds.

    Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

Tip

Before a planned restart, wait for the next save. The console shows SAVING DONE! each time the island has been saved.
