How To Add Mods To Your Project Reclaimer Server

Your Project Reclaimer server can host mod maps from the Steam Workshop or anywhere else. Players who don't have a mod get it as they join: Workshop mods download through Steam on their PC, and with Share Mods on, players can also download mods from your server itself.

Uploading Mods

Each mod goes in its own folder in content/Mods:

  • A Workshop mod: copy the item's folder as it is from steamapps\workshop\content\976730 in your Steam library. Keep its ModInfo.json, which names the Workshop item players download.
  • A single map: a folder with the .map file, its .mapinfo if it has one, and the mod's own shared.map if it came with one.
  1. Log in to Bropanel and Stop your server.
  2. In the sidebar, go to Files and navigate to content/Mods/.
  3. Upload each mod's folder.
  4. Start your server.

To play a mod map, enter its name as the Map, or workshop: followed by its Workshop item ID and map file name, such as workshop:2981234567/arena. Mod maps work in playlists too.

Sharing Mods With Players

  1. Log in to Bropanel and select your server.
  2. In the sidebar, go to Settings.
  3. Under Modding, enable Share Mods.
  4. Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.
