How To Install A Custom Mod On Your Jedi Academy Server

Besides Movie Battles II, your server can run any Jedi Academy multiplayer mod that has a Linux server build, such as JA+. Here's how to upload one and switch to it.

Uploading The Mod

  1. 1
Download the mod's server files and unzip them on your computer. You should get a folder, for example japlus, with .pk3 files and a jampgamei386.so or jampgamex86_64.so file inside.
  2. 2
Log in to Bropanel and Stop your server.
  3. 3
In the sidebar, go to Files.
  4. 4
Open the GameData folder and upload the mod folder next to the base folder.
  5. 5
    Start your server.

Switching To The Mod

  1. 1
Log in to Bropanel and select your server.
  2. 2
In the sidebar, go to Settings.
  3. 3
Under Modding, set Mod to Custom and enter the folder name, for example japlus, in Custom Mod Folder.
  4. 4
Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

Note

Mods that only ship Windows files (jampgamex86.dll) can't run on the server. Look for the mod's Linux or server download.
