LRv3 is the community add-on that brought Far Cry's online play back after Ubisoft shut down its service, and most Far Cry players online use it. The LRv3 Server Mod lists your server on the LRv3 server list and adds anti-cheat, an in-game admin panel, automatic map downloads for players and the Capture the Flag, Capture and Hold and Capture the Transmission Base game types. It's off by default.
Note
With LRv3 on, players need the LRv3 add-on to join. See connecting to your server.
