Every player needs the same Nitrox version as your Subnautica server. Your server runs the newest Nitrox release by default, but you can keep it on the release your group already has.
Choosing a Nitrox Version
- 1Log in to Bropanel and select your server.
- 2In the sidebar, go to
Settings. - 3Under
Updates, editNitrox Versionand enter a release number, such as1.8.1.0. - 4Click
Save & Restartto apply your changes.
Your server installs that release when it starts and stays on it, even with Auto Update on. It can run Nitrox 1.8.0.1 and newer. The releases are listed on the Nitrox releases page, where your players can download the same one.
To go back to the newest release, set Nitrox Version to latest and click Save & Restart.

Players see a version error when they join with a different Nitrox version, such as Your Nitrox installation is out of date. See Connect to Your Server.
