By default, Game Host Bros Barotrauma servers check for updates at startup, so all you'll need to do is restart your server to apply an update; here are the steps to update your Barotrauma server.

Updates, findAuto Updateand make sure it's enabled. - 4Click
Save & Restartto apply your changes.
