Server messages are broadcast to everyone playing on your Squad server, repeating automatically on a timer. They save your admins from typing the same thing every round, and are the easiest way to promote your community's Discord, remind players of your rules or announce an upcoming event.
Editing Your Squad Server Messages
- 1Log in to Bropanel and
Stopyour server. - 2In the sidebar, go to
Files. - 3Navigate to
SquadGame/ServerConfig/and openServerMessages.cfg. - 4Write each message on its own line, then click save.
- 5Start your server.
Messages are sent one at a time, in order. By default, one message goes out every 300 seconds. To change that, set ServerMessageInterval in Server.cfg in the same folder to the number of seconds you want between messages.
