How To Connect To Your Xonotic Server

Here is how you can join your Xonotic dedicated server. Your server runs the latest Xonotic release, so play on the latest release too.

Tip

Xonotic is free on Windows, Linux and macOS. Download it from xonotic.org.

Connecting From the Server Browser

    Open Xonotic and click Multiplayer.
  2. 2
    On the Servers tab, type your server name in the filter box to find it in the list.

    Double-click your server to join.

Note

It can take a few minutes for a new server to appear in the server browser after it starts. Joining by IP always works.

Connecting With the IP Address

    Log in to Bropanel and select your Xonotic server.
  2. 2
    Copy the server IP address and port from the Overview page, for example 123.45.67.89:26000.
  3. 3
    Open Xonotic and press Shift + Esc to open the console.
  4. 4
    Type connect 123.45.67.89:26000 with your own IP and port, then press Enter.

You can also paste the address into the Address box at the bottom of the Servers tab and click Join!.
