RCON (remote console) lets you run server commands from inside the game, such as kicking players or changing the map. Your server already has a random RCON password; here's how to set your own and use it.
Setting Your RCON Password
- 1Log in to Bropanel and select your server.
- 2In the sidebar, go to
Settings. - 3Under
RCON, editRCON Password. - 4Click
Save & Restartto apply your changes.
The password must be at least 8 characters and can only use letters, numbers, dashes and underscores.
Using RCON In Game
- 1Join your server.
- 2Press
Shift+Escto open the console. - 3Type
rcon_password yourpasswordwith yourRCON Password, then pressEnter. - 4Run commands with
rconin front, for examplercon gotomap stormkeeporrcon kick PlayerName.
Tip
You can also type server commands without rcon in the Console page of Bropanel.
